Grades and comments, posted where your team already talks.
InstantFeedback posts every new grade and comment into the Teams channels your team has open all day — praise to one channel, complaints to another — and adds a daily, weekly or monthly report alongside.

The feedback comes to the team, not the other way round.
Grades as they arrive
Every new grade posts as a card in the channel you choose, with the score, the campaign and how the customer was reached: their number, their email address, or the page they were on.
Comments, sorted by grade
Comments are routed by the grade they came with: positive to one channel, negative to another, everything else to a third. Any of them can go nowhere at all, so only the complaints need reach the support channel.
Reports in the channel
Daily, weekly or monthly, one report card per campaign: the headline score and how it moved against the previous period, the request, grade and comment counts, and the breakdown behind the score one click away.
Straight to the response
Every grade and comment card carries a View details in app button that opens that exact response in InstantFeedback.
Defaults, with campaign overrides
Set the default channels once for the account. Any campaign can then use them, point at channels of its own, or stay out of Teams altogether.
Built on Teams Workflows
Each channel is a webhook created with the Workflows app in Teams. Paste its URL into InstantFeedback, send a test message to check it, and edit the URL whenever the channel changes.
Three steps: one in Teams, two in InstantFeedback.
Create the webhook in Teams
In the Teams channel you want messages in, set up a Workflows webhook and copy the URL it gives you.
Add it and choose what goes where
Paste the URL into InstantFeedback's settings, then set the account defaults: a channel for grades, one each for positive, negative and other comments, and one for reports.
Tune it per campaign
Each campaign uses the defaults, picks its own channels, or sends a given kind of message nowhere.
Before you ask.
Can we send only the bad news?
For comments, yes: route negative comments to a channel and set positive and other comments to Do not send. Grades all go to a single grades channel, so that one is all or nothing.
Can we change a channel later?
Yes. Edit the webhook URL on the channel in InstantFeedback's settings, or add a new channel and assign it in place of the old one.
What happens if Teams can't be reached?
Deliveries that time out or hit a temporary error are retried automatically, at growing intervals, for a little under two hours.
Do you support Slack as well?
Yes. The Slack integration sends the same notifications and reports, routed the same way.
Which plan includes it?
Integrations are part of the Business and Enterprise tiers. See pricing for what each tier includes.
