You pay for answers, not for seats.
Response volume is the thing that actually varies, so that's what you're billed on. Pick a monthly tier for the features and the rate you need, then pay per response on top. Start on the free tier.

The honest answers.
What counts as a billable response?
A response is counted when a customer actually answers — a grade, a comment or a completed survey. Requests that go unanswered aren't billed, which is the whole point of pricing this way.
Can we mix channels on one account?
Yes. Channel is a per-campaign setting, so SMS, email, combined and web-widget campaigns all run side by side on the same account.
What happens if we go over the included volume?
Extra responses are billed at your tier's per-response rate. Nothing gets cut off. If you want a hard ceiling, response caps can be set so a runaway integration can't spend your budget.
Is billing automated in the product?
Usage is tracked in the product per campaign and per month, but invoicing is handled by FrodX rather than charged automatically in-app. In practice that means you can query a number before you pay it.
Who do we actually buy from?
FrodX. InstantFeedback is developed by a separate company and marketed, sold and implemented exclusively by FrodX, so the commercial relationship and the implementation sit with the same team.
Not sure which tier you'd land on?
Tell us roughly how many customers you'd ask and how often, and we'll work out what it would actually cost.
